I shouldn't be shocked however, I am because it is never easy to hear such news. She was such a dear and lovely woman and she will have a special place in my heart and mind.    
Along with, her gentle and kind spirit will continue to be present in my board meetings.  
I will miss her terribly.  In her memory,
