I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. He was the big brother I never had growing up in Somerville. Unfortunately through time and distance we lost touch with each other. I will always be eternally grateful for his friendship growing up in the 1970's in Somerville. God broke mold when him made him. God bless Kevin and his family.

I haven't seen Kevin in a few years, but when we did run into each other it was like we just talked the day before. Kevin was a great friend to so many people no one ever had a bad word to say about Kevin.. Rest easy Kevin gone but will never be forgotten. xo

Certainly a sad day in Somerville the day Kevin Crotty passed. Kevin was certainly a Somerville original. I ran track with Kevin, played hoop with Kevin, and partied with Kevin. One of the last times I saw Kevin was 12/31/99. He was outside American Airlines Arena in Miami scalping tickets to Gloria Estefan...so Kevin. You'll be missed brother!

Every time I saw Kevin he put a smile on my face.  It didn't matter where we met up he would yell, Cousin!!!!  Family meant the world to Kevin and Kevin meant the world to his family.  I haven't seen Kevin since my mother's 80th birthday party but he was the life of the party.  He is probably scalping ticket into Heaven!!

Fast as lightning, smart as a whip, heart of gold. You will be greatly missed Cousin. RIP

Till we met again,

To my big brother Kevin who always treated me like I was special; I am so lucky to be your sister and be blessed by your loving kindness to me and my family.  One of my fondest memories was when you would take me out sledding on the hill behind our apartment after supper. It was the best in the world to me. I love you and will miss you until we meet again in heaven.  love, Mari
