Prayers to Kern’s Family and friends. I just learned of the passing of my good friend and am saddened for his loss. His sharp mind, love of music and sense of humor was appreciated and will be sorely missed. Met at the old SCRAP Law house in the 80’s. Enjoyed Peer Counseling night Buddy! Mike Bower
