Dear Eileen,
      Dave and I just heard about Ken's death.   We are in Fl and will not be able to attend his funeral which we deeply regret.  He was a fine man and a great and helpful neighbor.   We know you miss him, dearly.

Dear Ken, you were a dear friend of my mom, and always so gracious to us, and we thank you so much for and will always remember your generosity and hospitality in opening up your home to us when we visited.
