To the McElroy & Lancaster Family, I am so sorry for your loss.  I was Kathy's past assistant at Eaton Vance and found out recently and I am so sad and shocked to hear this news.  Kathy was a great manager and friend and I will never forget her understanding and kindness to me.  RIP Kathy.  Prayers to the family.
