Knowing Sue, having her for a dear friend and BSF Leader, has made such an impact on my life. I’ve learned so many spiritual truths and lessons from her in addition to spending many wonderful times together with our husbands. Sue was one of my special friends that I didn’t have to see often or talk to regularly, but when we did get together we would just reconnect. I will miss her dearly.
Sue has been one of my treasured friends since 7th grade. Friends made during those formative years are always special. I take comfort in the thought expressed by Thomas Campbell: "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die." Sue will always live in my heart and in the hearts of many others. Sue will Always be a light in my life, having served under her in BSF 3 Years. I grew so much under her leadership and so loved who she was, a smile was always her greeting, with warm hugs. I loved helping with the ironing those long drapes in the Ocean St. Home after the earth quake. She taught me to Trust The Lord and His Word.To understand what it says.To Live it daily.I will Miss her!
Sue will be greatly missed. She has touched so many lives with her smiles and her thoughts of others.
We are sorry for your loss but she is wrapped in God's arms. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
Sue was my marvelous BSF teacher almost 30 years ago, and I am still so grateful to her. I’m sorry I didn’t know of her passing in time to go to her memorial, I would have loved to learn more about her life outside of BSF. How I wish I had a video of her talks! Her lectures were the anchor of my busy weeks. Sue was an encourager, and always looked a million bucks, too! Beauty inside & out.
