Karen was a women often ahead of her time. Always exploring, always learning, always questioning. Whether it was as a leader of her self-realization group, advocating for and protecting women's rights, tackling the remodeling of her home, preparing for a journey to an interesting place planning a fantastic meal.  She was always on the cutting edge.

She often provided loving support to her many nephews and nieces.

She did all of this with a large smile and an insightful sense of humor.

She will be missed by many!
