Karen came into my life when I was 11 yeas old. She was beautiful, sweet child. We lost contact when she was just still very young. However we reunited on FB recently, and I have been so grateful to get her back in my life. I will miss her terribly. I'm so sad she is gone, but will cherish my memories of her all my life.
Tou could talk with Karen about all flavors of American music but I''ll remember her as an original songwriter, a poet with a guitar.
At every gathering of our family of friends I would ask Karen to play "that song." I could never remember the name, but loved it so much, she knew which one. It's a hit for sure and should be on the radio as a huge hit. She would indulge me EVERY time and play "Panama City Love Song" or as I called it "You Looked at Me." I will learn to play it today and think of Karen with love.

BROKEN WOMAN video
I first met Karen Mary when she was a sweet, little tow-headed girl whose mother I fell in love with and with whom I've spent the last 50 years. Born in California in 1961 and already a "military brat", she spent the next fifteen or so years traveling to Japan, Italy, and around the country with us. We will always cherish the love, experiences, music, and time spent together.
