Judy was an amazing educator, colleague and friend. She contributed so much to the Maintenance Bilingual Program and English Learner Services in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. She promoted literacy and the love of multicultural literature to both students and parents through the Colorín Colorado Program. She will remain near and dear to the hearts of all those who knew her.
