Mrs. Herman was the reason I went to school everyday for the last two years of high school. An amazing person has left the earth to watch over us all that loved her as our own mom.
Mrs Herman was the most caring teacher I had at Dublin high . She truly cared for her students and always had that special interest in her students. I was honored to have her as a teacher for four years. My last two years I had her as a TA did all the grocery shopping for her classes . She was wonderful she touched many students she will truly be missed .
A wonderful lady & great teacher. So many memories from '79 to '82. Had taken all her cooking classes, by my senior year we got creative with the lessons/assignments/assistance. She supported my creative side & for several years she asked me to make a Doll Cake for her daughter's birthday. Prayers to her family & all the lives she touched. <3
Mrs Herman was my favorite teacher at DHS. I graduated in 2001 and kept in communication with her via Christmas cards for several years after. I regretfully stopped sending cards after I had 3 kids because I would forget. I sent her baby announcements for each of my kids and she made them blankets. I still have them and will forever cherish them. Thank you for being such a kind person!
Mrs. Herman was my home Ec teacher 1969-1971 she was my favorite! In sewing she saw my creativity and gave me my “wings “, always encouraging me to do it my way so to speak. I sewed for the public for many years ( and still do once in a while) because of her. I now live in Oklahoma with kids and grandkids. But I often think of her. Condolences to her family.
