Judy WAS the classiest lady I had ever met. She was warm, kind, thoughtful and caring.
I had the privilege to work with Judy at the Town of Vernon Assessors office for 5 years. Within that time, Judy always presented herself with dignity and integrity...and always dressed professionally and classy. She was a beautiful lady inside and out.
