While I did not not Mr. Santiago, I wish to express my sincere thoughts with you for your loss at this time. The Bible give us hope of a resurrection and the promise of seeing our loved ones again. Acts 24:15. Just think of how much God loves and cares for us and how much he wants us to live.
JR was such a friendly, outgoing, vivacious, athletic and kind young man. I will always remember his wonderful ways with dogs and how his smile lit up the room. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
