I was so very sorry to hear the sad news about Joyce. She and I had so many fun times back when we were colleagues together at Coldwell Banker. We hiked together in Colorado and had a second hiking trip in Vermont. If I am able, I want to post a terrific picture of her at her best. She loved her family so very much. I am glad to hear that she was with family when she died.

I am very sad to hear about Joyce’s passing. I met her 25 years ago when she helped me buy a house, and she quickly went from being a friend to being a family member. Everyone in my family loved her. We were all inspired by what a hard working, dedicated, loving, and sophisticated person she was. We will miss her tremendously.

Our hearts are broken. We are so honored to be part of GJs family. Aaron and Ethan are blessed to have shared her as a grandmother with Justin and Brendan. We have many wonderful memories of her kindness and love from our Passover Seder at her home to family Christmas celebrations at our home. Joyce will live forever in our hearts. Rest easy Our Queen. We love you.

To say that she will be missed, is an understatement, but oh the life she had!  I was so very fortunate to be able to hear stories and learn so much from such an amazing person.  Not a family member, I became one in my heart and was lucky to be allowed to call her GJ!  Franklin Family, Thank you so much for sharing her with me through the years.  I am forever grateful for our friendship!

I am so sad to hear of Joyce's passing. She sold me my first house in Chestnut Hill many many moons ago and was mazing at her job and a lovely person.  My deepest condolences to your family, as I know she will be missed by all. I know she held her family in the highest regard. Thinking of you and sending you support during this difficult time.

So sad to hear that Joyce passed away. We had such fun golfing and going to Tanglewood  and the BSO and so much more. I’ll never  hear the word “ Super Bowl”  without thinking of her!  May her memory be for a blessing.
