Jo was a very private, nonjudgmental, kind woman who treasured her family and friends. Never spoke badly of anyone. I loved being around her. She loved nature and found peace while enjoying sunrises and sunsets. We met in the 90s & worked at Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. We helped & supported each other in tough times. I will never forget you dear friend. Fair winds & following seas.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Jo's passing. She was a kind and loving friend and co-worker.  She always welcomed me with a friendly and contagious smile.  We shared many softspoken and heartfelt conversations.  I offer my sincerest condolences and prayers of God's love, strength, and healing peace to Jo's family and loved ones.
