Louie, I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I hadn't seen either of you in years, but have many fond memories of you both. He was a real character and fun to be around. I hope we can catch-up some time and share some memories. Please give my sincerest condolences to his family

Though it was highly unlikely that a Dorchester kid and a native of Greenfield MA would become best of friends, Joe and I were.. He was loyal, funny and the classic M&M, hard as a rock on the outside and soft on the inside. A great roommate, classmate in law school , Pats fan and friend, he will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. RIP Buddy. Steve "Chiswick" Kramer
I have many great memories of times with Joe which include his great tailgate spreads both before and after the game. Hanging out at the Woodbine apartment as well as Applewood Dr. Car repairs in the driveway, clamming at Wollaston Beach and then frying them up. Playing many rounds of golf at Vesper and winning the Harvest Invitational tournament. Joe, RIP.
6/10/2023. I am just learning of this sad news now. Joe took me under his wing back at Brandeis circa 1976 and became my roommate. best friend, big brother, missing piece, and so much more during those formative years. He was hugely important to me and will always be so. Though we grew apart later on I never stopped loving Joe. I never will.
