In 1943 until our graduation in 1946, Joseph and I studied pharmacy subjects on Benefit Street in Providence.  I was Lucille Wiley then, and Joseph was an amazingly proficient scholar whose humor made some of our days brighter.  We were a very small class--twelve students--so we became a close unit.  I send my best wishes to the family, for  God's comfort and continual presence.
