Joe Riolo was a true blue patriarch always ready with a smile, sometimes a joke to make you smile and a warm hug. He loved telling family stories and maybe dancing kept him young. A native San Josean had a gift for serving great Italian food at the local Italian Mens Club or a tasty BBQ at our family picnics. Amazing life and great memories. God bless those who no doubt already miss him.
I always enjoyed Pizzo family picnics, getting to know the many members, and hearing stories about the old days. Joe was always cheerful, entertaining and friendly. He had an amazing life, and I will miss him! Love to all the family!
My friend Joe. The last 15 years of my life have been blessed to have known Joe Riolo. I will so miss our early morning round table discussion's at the local coffee shop. Joe always had a project he was working on, whether it was making Bingo shelves or a gun rack for a buddy. He had a genuine interest in my projects as well and always offered sound advice for a happy family life. Godbless
Uncle Joe. I loved him. I always listed to his stories about his hunting trips with Uncle Jimmy. Nobody told me he passed away. Our family was badly divided by religious crap. RIP Uncle Joe.
