Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that Joe has passed away. What a wonderful person he was! I met him in 1966 when we both had stints at the C&O railroad and we became great friends. I've left a story about him on the story tab for you, but please know I send heartfelt condolences and prayers to all of his family. He was terrific.
