My wife and I were reminiscing this evening about my 33 years at Otis Air National Guard Base. I do not have Facebook so I asked her to look up one of my favorite pilots and was stunned to find out that Joe passed away. Joe was one of the most caring and compassionate Fighter Pilots I ever knew. I owe my career as a recruiter to him. Rest In Peace my friend you will be dearly missed
