To the family: I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I actually went to see him twice during his stay in Ashland Nursing and Rehab. I have SO many wonderful memories in my childhood! He was a wonderful man..............funny and quite the character! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rissie Godsey

Jean  sorry that Joe is gone,   he hired me in 1980 as a  electrician for the school board,  he taught me so much of the electrical trade and helped me get my Masters, he was my friend and father figure.   Rick Miller
