Joe Donigan was my best friend! He was loyal,funny and full of living.  Joe was smart, love giving, generous, kind and a child at hart.  This man stood for what he believed in, was tenancies in his kindness, and generous in his love. Joe was a builder of excellence, of family, friends, of his town and interests. His love will be greatly missed. Goodbye my friend.
