Joe was wonderful, boy & man. He was thoughtful & sincere, with a gentle sense of humor, ever ready with wise advice, a great smile, & generous caring. He brought many gifts into my life and made it better in numerous ways & times. From my first ball to his latest call, it was a privilege to have 'my dear, sweet cousin' in our family.

I worked for/with Joe Ramage for many years at the Federal Reserve, he was a kind and fair person and always treated people with respect.  To his family, I send thoughts and prayers, may God be with you and give you strength.
