This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Joseph Dragone, Jr., 76, born on August 30th, 1941 and passed away on September 22nd, 2017. We will remember him forever.
Joe Dragone was an instructor at Advanced Communication Officers School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. in 1981. I was a Marine lieutenant student and remember him as a brilliant, affable and competent instructor and mentor who encouraged all of us to succeed in an extremely challenging and technical 10-month-long course. I wish I had known we both retired to the Richmond area. God bless!
