My condolences to the family. Billy was a wonderful man and I will miss seeing him walking around MS. He was truly special; so kind and he never met a stranger. My encounters with him were always a pleasure and memorable. He loved all dogs and never passed one by without giving them attention. His sense of humor brightened my day many a time.
