When you find your perfect match its very hard to let go of your daily routine I still hear John saying have a safe day, I love you.  Every time I put my seatbelt on I hear him say buckle up it took me 30 years to find you. I wanted more time to love you, our life together was not long enough I wish I had another lifetime to be with you. You are forever in my heart, your beloved wife Kalee

I was so sorry to hear of cousin John's passing. I was so fortunate to have reconnected with him a few years ago and spent a long, fun day with John and his three sons in NYC. He was a true gentleman and class act all the way and we'll all miss him dearly.   Janeen Smith xo

I met John 35 years ago we were both working for the same team. John and I hit it off right away it was good being in his company.
I could tell John was his own man which is rare in today's world And I loved him for that. I got married and left SanFrancisco for Tampa, soon after John got married and what a fun time his wedding was, then he relocated to Seattle we could not of been further apart. But we still kept in touch.
when I was on the other side of globe John would call and check in on my wife every week and he did that for four years.
i last saw John in 2009 at 3am at the airport in Seattle  at 3am he was still the same person I met in 1981 I told him he was getting a tad gray he said a Navy Chief looks dumb in an Army unifor. We laughed.
i last spoke with John in June this year I regret not seeing him one more time.
I will think of John often. I send my thoughts and prayers to his family, God bless you all and God Bless America
