If you are truly fortunate you get a friend like Spence once in a lifetime. He was so willing to share his experience, shills, and talents and an occasional Buckeye story. He made us all more competent and capable along the way.

I have know Spencer since DeVilbiss High School. As an avid boater and fisherman (we both had boats at Meinke West), I would see Spence and Don Black on the waters frequently. And also heard his voice on Marine radio with USCG Aux.
