I worked (Corp Payroll/Parker Street, Maynard) very closely with John during the final years of Digital Equipment, receiving paperwork/documentation to process final payouts to employees. John was my "go to guy" if there was an issue.  Always pleasant and always found time to talk to me.  We had many good laughs and a few tears a long the way.  I will forever remember you. RIP John.
