I was shocked to see this. My deepest condolences to you and all of Jay's family. I have many fond memories of Jay while he worked in Methuen.  He was a  good friend and a good police officer that cared about the job. Always a class act, and could always make people laugh. He certainly will be missed. May he rest in peace.
