Jack was my best church friend. We attended adoration at the same time together on Sunday mornings at St Augustine’s. He was like a grandfather to me. I’m a nursing student student and he was always giving me study tips he learned when he was in the military. I have many sweaters and scarves that he bought me when he went on his shopping excursions looking for great bargains. I loved him.

My deepest condolences to the Flood family. I have a warm special place for Jack in my heart. He helped me turn on the water at the Memorial Park and loaned me a walker when I broke my leg last year. Jack was ever generous and kind. He will forever be in my mind when I attend Mass.
