Jack was a great friend and always had a smile on his face. Jean and I will miss his good humor and great company, I'm glad for all the fun times we enjoyed with Jack. May the Lord bless his family during this difficult time. Semper Fi our dear friend.

Although I am retired and living the life of a beach bum in Vero Beach, Florida, I earlier practiced criminal defense in Richmond, Virginia for 35 years.  I fancied myself as "Perry Mason", and luckily Jack was my "Paul Drake".  A trial attorney is only as good as his/her private investigator. Jack was the best.  May he Rest In Peace.  I will miss him and his wonderful smile.

As a former prosecutor who worked with Jack, and later as a criminal defense attorney who retained Jack to assist in several complicated cases, I came to know him and he became a cherished friend.  He will be sorely missed by all of his friends, for his expertise, his sterling character, his smile and his litany of "stories."  Rest in peace, my friend!
