I saw today that Coach Schlegel passed away.  He was an amazing Teacher,Coach and Friend to Me at MHS. I think of him and smile.  My Condolences to the Family.  May he Rest in Peace.

Wow...a flood of memories of a good man and a great role model.  Thank you, Mr, Schlegel, for your leadership of our class, Malden High's great Class of '85.  I have nothing but respect for you; I'm so sorry your family had to say goodbye.  I hope they know that you meant so much to all of us so many years ago. I am grateful for your showing us the way, laughing through it all.  RIP
