Jody was the brightest light in my Body Moves class where she was a devoted student!  That smile is something I will always remember about her and the loving, delightful person that she was.  I am extremely sad to hear of her passing and she will be surely missed by the many who knew her and could not help but love her.

Jody was my aunt & one of my best friends. There are so many things to say about her, how hilarious she was (I always hoped to be as funny), how wise about herself, how well she listened to whatever I felt was important, how she was fierce and energetic but also sensitive and loved time by herself. She always accepted & loved me just as I was. She is my heart; I will miss her always.

Jody was my roommate our junior year at Dana Hall. We lived among our close circle of friends, Debby, Alice, Debbie, Val and Sarah. As a group we actually seemed to enjoy living away from home and managed to laugh and love each other during those awkward teen years. Jody was the most trustworthy, funny, zany roomate I ever had and it breaks my heart that she is no longer living.

I often think back on Jody Stratton and Nancy Escher ..roommates next door to me my senior year at Dana Hall. The two of them Gave me so much Laughter and joy...a joy that has lasted in my heart for a lifetime. Rest well Jody..we shall meet again.
