I had the great fortune to have both of my daughters experience Joann as a teacher and to have her as a colleague at Bowman. She was everything a teacher should be. Her kindness was felt by all of us and her ability to make every child  (and adult) feel so cared for was so impactful. Rest in peace....and thank you.

Tim is my fathers cousin and so JoAnn is family. She was the kind of family that folks dream of when they think of family. Kind, smart, loyal, and loving. We will miss the sweetness she brought, her beautiful smile she always had for you and her unwavering faith in the good.
