I am so saddened to hear of Joan's passing. I was an employee of hers and she was the best. I ran into her and Dick at a store in 2017 or 2018 and have thought about her often. In fact, I was thinking of a recipe she shared with me which prompted me to look her up only to find out she's passed. Now, that recipe is even more special. I'd love to make it in her honor. Hoping I can find it.
