Rich and I wish to share our heartfelt sadness over the Ballard family's loss. He was a thoughtful, kind and compassionate person. We met him at a veteran reunion of the 595 Signal Co in DC. He made our trip so memorable by driving is all over.He certainly is with our Lord now but will be forever missed. With love and prayers.
