Jill was the most amazing sister. You made us all want to be better people and inspired us with your kindness and courage. We will miss your smile and the world will not be the same without you.

Dear Grandma,

I am so sorry the loss of your sister, Jill. I am so grateful for all of the memories I had with Jill and Bob. They truly feel like my aunt and uncle and I loved how involved they were in my life. If I had a sister, I would want to have a close relationship like you and Jill had. Please know that Zac and I are thinking of you and sending lots of love. Love always,

Madison

A remarkable life and a remarkable lady! I've known Jill for just 6 1/2 years, both as a faithful member and officer of Zion UCC, but also as a friend. I will miss her sharp wit, great insights, and her political humor.

Thank you, William, for putting together this wonderful tribute. God's blessings and comfort to all who miss her!

Bob, prayers of thanks for the 50 wonderful years you and Jill had together.
You two were such a kind gentle couple together. You both gave the example
of BE NICE to the world together. Jill is already missed.

I have only known Jill for about 10 years but loved her for her humor and spunk. We met at Quilt Guild in St Peter. She was a gifted, talented quilter. We were working together, checking in the quilts for our quilt show, her wonderfully organized system and visiting as we worked. I will never forget the funny conversation that we had about the cabin

I worked with Jill for a long time at Fluor. She was the best; great to work with, extremely competent, great sense of humor. I always had total confidence in her making the correct decision. I know she was looked up to by all of those in her organization. When I look back and think of what made Fluor the great organization that it was, Jill was one

Dear Sue,  This is sad! I hadn’t realized Jill was so ill. Your brother Bill put together a beautiful memorial for Jill. Seeing the old photos was a mind-bender! There were lots of l old memories brought back. LeSueur was an ideal place in which to grow up. I feel privileged, growing up in such a tight-knit community. Thanks for thinking of me!

If you were lucky enough to have known Jill - you had met the best this world had to offer. I was that lucky, 4 years in high school, and rare but invaluable times in all the decades since then. The world would be much better off if everyone lived a life as she did. I will always remember her, hoping to see her once again; until then, friend Jill, rest in peace.
