You and I have shared a lifetime of memories. Thank you for always watching out for me and being my father figure. You taught me to walk and your illness taught me much about life. I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry a few years back when he was a patient at VCU hospital.
I'll never forget the wonderful time my husband and I shared with him in prayer; he was truly moved by the spirit!  I'm sure he's celebrating now with a new body, no pain or suffering! To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord and there you are! God bless Bridgechette

Jerry was a man's man, Loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and more important, a handshake was as good as his word.  Jerry will be missed by many.  He fought the hard fight and of long duration.  He is at peace now and we should celebrate his life.  You will be missed Jerry, by many.

Almost your birthday...I think about you often. Just wanted you to know you were right. All we use to talk about came true. You were always the wisest of us siblings. Missing you and wishing you Happy Birthday in heaven! BTW I did it...pursued my dream of living near the mountains. Thanks for teaching me nothing is impossible! Love you brother and miss you more.
