Jeff was my downstairs neighbor when we lived in Alpine Village Condominiums for 6 years.  He was always cheerful and had a warm, inviting smile.  He and his roommates frequently helped me carry groceries up to my condo.  We went sledding together once.  We stayed in touch after he moved to Hawaii.  I will miss him a lot.  RIP my friend.
