Looking at the photos posted here, I can tell that Jean lived a full life and had tremendous good times with her family. Whenever I saw her, she would take the time to ask how I was doing, and she was a good listener. She was generous in inviting people into her home for the 4h of July, and boy did she put out a spread! Jean truly genuine and the PHB community will miss her.
It’s hard to put into words how you feel when someone special in your life has passed away. Jean was a true friend. Our families moved from Pittsburgh, PA to San Jose, CA in the mid 80s. We spent many holidays, birthdays, cookouts and celebrations together. Jean would do anything for you. When my daughter received her communion, Jean made her veil. It was one of a kind and beautiful and when my daughter got married, Jean spent days making cookies for the cookie table. She will surely be missed by all who knew her. Rest In Peace my dear friend
Love from the Sperling family.
