Dear Mrs. Squires, friend of my mom Lou, mother of my friend Don, an effervescently happy, pleasant and pretty lady, whose distinctive laugh I can still hear. Over many years, Caltex kept our families together in Awali, Visak, London and New York. Sorry I never sent you a copy of my book, like you asked. Hope you will forgive me.
