Jan was my (step) mother-in-law, my daughter, Sarah’s, grandmother and my ex-husband, Steve’s, Step Mom. We would gather every March to celebrate her, Marty’s (Steve’s Dad) and Steve’s birthdays.  We would also have an epic game of Risk.  There was much talking (w many stories fm Jan & Marty) wine etc. I could always picture Jan as a good drinking partner. She was so laid back & easygoing.
