Four years later, I am so sorry for your loss! I found out by calling this morning for a repair for my grandfather's watch and the number was out of service. James was wonderful, a gem, irreplaceable. My husband, David Guss and I enjoy several electric vintage clocks that James set running around our home. Best, Kate Wheeler
