Sincere condolences to the family.  I had Mr. Todd as a professor at VCU in the early 1970s, and I remember him fondly.  He was a wonderful teacher and he made accounting so interesting that it inspired me to pursue a master's degree in the subject.  May he R.I.P.

My deepest sympathy to the family.  I just heard about Mr. Todd's passing.  He taught me accounting at VCU in the early 70's.  I can honestly say he was the BEST accounting professor ever.  I truly attribute my passing the CPA exam on the first sitting to his teaching of Intermediate Accounting.  I am so sorry I did not hear earlier; I would have attended his service. R.I.P and much Love!

Mike was a wonderful person. He will be missed terribly...
