To have had a father that prayed with me and read the bible with me and always told me how much he loved me is a gift I will treasure the rest of my life. I can still hear your voice say "Penny Jean, read your bible, and I pray for you and your family everyday."  I love you, my loving father. Your favorite daughter,  Penny Jean.

My dear, poor, old, grandpa, your love for your family and ours for you will not leave this earth. Rest easy knowing that your name, your likeness, and your legend will be remembered far more famously than Claud Mouse, and rest in love. Love, Tamara

Dear Grandpa,
I miss you so much. I miss your kind eyes and your laugh. I still can't believe you are gone. I am so honored that i got to share my birthday with you. November 7th will not be the same for me, but I'll always celebrate your birthday. Thank you for being the best grandfather I could ever ask for. You were funny. You always made me laugh. I remember getting aggravated when you would say let's go for a drive and I would say, where we going grandpa and your response "bye bye in the car" thanks for passing that along to my dad by the way. I know because Jesus is my Savior that I will see you one day. I picture you up there in Heaven meeting Jesus for the first time. That must have been something. Seeing your mom and Khloe finally getting to say howdy duty grandpa. I'll be there one day and I hope you remember me. I hope you stay the same too. I will always love you Grandpa.

My dear poor old grandpa,  you have had such a wonderful impact on my life, and so many others.  I am honored to be your grand daughter even though I have been ‘your meanest one’ I will cherish all of our memories for the rest of my life! You showed me so much love in so many ways and taught me about the Lord and the Insurance business. Truly the best grandpa EVER! I love you so much!!

Brother Jim was such a blessing to Bonnie and me.  A faithful and cheerful man, he always had an encouraging word or a funny story to tell.  We will miss him and wish we could have come to the celebration of his life.  I'm so blessed by the Crain family and the love you have shown us since we lived in the bay area in 1994.  Praying for you Ed and Bob. Hope to see you in 2021.
