James passing was brought to my attention yesterday. It was a bit of a shock as I just had an email from him on October 27. Jim has had our lodge listed. I chose him as our realtor because of his sincere honesty. He was the only realtor that actually took the time to visit the property. He had much in common with us. Sending our sincere condolences. He will be missed.
Jim was the most wonderful, loving brother any family could have. He was so thoughtful about reaching out and keeping in touch with everyone, finding humor in every situation, and making you laugh even when you didn’t feel like you could. I loved his sense of humor and his big beautiful smile he always had. He was the life of every party. Hard to imagine ,Jim, who felt like the rock of our family, not always being there. We are blessed to have more happy memories together than we could count. Some of my favorite are your visits to Florida at the beach with Mom. All the competitive card games, teasing the kids, the dinners, laughing at old times and each other. Those are treasured memories.
How lucky Jim was to spend his life with the person he loved most in the world, doing all he loved to do and having his sweet, loyal Piper at his side everywhere he went. He always joked saying, “I’ve had a good life”. He was right, he did and so did we,because he was in it. We will miss him so much.
Really sad to hear Jim passed. I worked with him for years in real estate and he was always one of my very favorite clients. He was always so kind and a joy to work with. May he rest in peace.
