Phil was born in Richmond and grew up in Chesterfield. After some time with family in Kentucky and Charlottesville, he returned home and began his own family. Phil was a protector all of his life and served in that capacity in several roles, both personal and professional, including as a security guard, body guard, security specialist and mentor, as well as a protective Dad, big brother, son, and uncle. His family was his greatest gift and he cherished his time with them. A devoted father, he dedicated his life to them. He made priceless memories coaching his daughters in softball for 10 years. His father, Phil, Sr. was his dearest friend.
The family would like to keep the services to family and close friends. If you have not been not informed, please contact Phil’s sister, Eva Ramee, or another member of the family.
Riley, Trish, Aliyah and family. I am shocked and so saddened hearing of your dad's passing. I just talked to him on the morning of the 7th. I was so glad Phil was my best friend for almost 30 years. My love and prayers to you all.
