Phil was such a ‘gem’ A person with a huge heart, wonderful spirit and great sense of humor. He knew the value of family and friends and always let us know how much he loved us.

Dad's ashes will interred at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday September 23 at 11:00 a.m. He will receive full honors from the nation he served with pride and heroism. All are welcome.
