Sorry to stumble upon this news today.  As executor of his parent's estate, Jim was briefly my landlord before arranging to sell me the Ridge family home on Bailey St. in Dorchester.  He was wonderful to work with.  I just received a detailed history of that house; if any family members would like a copy, write to me there or stop by and I'd be happy to share it.
