We are happy to pay tribute to this brave, strong, and soft-spoken veteran.  Jim was a remarkable man who left a remarkable legacy.  We will remember him with great admiration.

What a man, what a life and what a career.  Though Jim came across with a stern position on what he thought, he was a sensitive, gentle giant once you get to know him. Always engaged with his family, never missing a Christmas, making it very special, thanksgiving, birthdays, anniversaries with a card or encouraging thought.  I am glad he was a part of our lives and will be remembered

Jim became a friend of the Reinhardt family when he lived in Fond du Lac, WI.In later years, he faithfully visited Neil & Emma Reinhardt during his many visits to the annual air show in Oshkosh. Fondly remembered by many in Wisconsin.
