Dear family, friends and neighbors, I am truly sorry for your loss. I only came to know Jim over the last two years as he lead the Jo-Len community from investor- to resident-owned. Through Jo-Len, I came to recognize that purpose and the greater good were keystones for Jim. His leadership at Jo-Len is certainly a part of his legacy, and one that will live on with a strong foundation.
